Can Social Reach Daily post to other social media platforms?
At this time, Social Reach Daily only posts automatically to Facebook. But, our images are sized to fit both Instagram and Twitter if you want to save the images manually and upload them to your other social media platforms.
Does Social Reach Daily work for Group pages?
No, Social Reach Daily only posts to Business pages, not group or personal pages. If your church has a group page, though it's pretty easy to set up a business page and link your group page to it. Business pages are public so it's easier for your community to find you and you can continue to use your Group page for more private discussion.
How often will Social Reach Daily post on my page?
Social Reach Daily will post to your church or ministry's Facebook page once a day between 9 and 10 am MT. The posts are randomized ensuring you won't receive the same post twice.
Start Getting Daily Posts
In order to start receiving your daily posts from Social Reach Daily, you first need to connect your Facebook page to your account. Follow the steps below to get started. Log in to your Social Reach Daily account. On the Menu bar, click the blue "Profile" button. A drop down will appear. Click "Connect Facebook Page." Click "Select Page." A pop-up will open requesting permission to post on your behalf. NOTE: You must be logged into your Facebook to do this. Make sure the pop-up says
I'm not an admin on my church's Facebook page. How do I become one?
You will need to be an admin on your church's Facebook page in order to connect your account and start getting daily posts. You will need to request to be an admin from someone who already is an admin. To make someone an admin: 1. On your Church's Facebook page, in business manager, click Settings in righthand corner 2. Click Page Roles 3. Type a name or email in the Assign a New Page Role box. You'll need to be Facebook friends with whoever you are adding. 4. Assign Admin page
Change Social Reach Daily Categories
You can change which categories you receive with your Social Reach Daily subscription in the Connect Facebook tab. Log in to your Social Reach Daily account Click the blue "Profile" button and then select the dropdown option "Connect Facebook Page." Under Connected Facebook Page, click the Edit button. This will open up a pop up window. Deselect which categories you do not want to receive. Click "Save"
I stopped getting my daily posts? What do I do?
Facebook has some sensative security measures, so if your Facebook password is changed or an admin is removed from your account, Facebook will invalidate the API Social Reach Daily posts through. Luckily, it's easy to get your posts up and running. You'll just need to disconnect and reconnect your page, like rebooting a computer. Log in to your Social Reach Daily account. On the Menu bar, click the blue "Profile" button. A drop down should appear like below. Click "Connect Facebook Page.

When will I see my first Social Reach Daily post?
After you connect your Facebook page to your Social Reach Daily account, you'll receive your first post within 10 minutes. Keep in mind, our daily posts are posted every day between 9am and 10am MT. If you sign up for Social Reach Daily before this time, you will receive your first post with the daily batch.
Can I choose my daily posts?
To save you time, ensure daily posts and make the service automated it is not possible to choose individual posts. You can, however, tailor the types of posts you want. For example, you can choose to only have scripture posts. We also have an algorithm to optimize your posts to match the season and day of the week. Any post can be removed by you with the click of a button.
How do I cancel my Social Reach Daily subscription?
There is no contract. You may cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for the unused portion of the month. To cancel, log in to your account and select “Cancel Subscription”.
