How To Reconnect Your Facebook Page to Outreach Social

Can Outreach Social post to other social media platforms?
At this time, Outreach Social only posts automatically to Facebook and Twitter. You are more than welcome to save the automated daily graphic and post them to Instagram, or any other social network your church is on!

In order to start receiving your daily posts from Outreach Social, you first need to connect your Facebook page to your account. Follow the steps below to get started. How often will Outreach Social post on my page?
Outreach Social will post to your church or ministry's Facebook page and Twitter profile once a day between 9 and 10 am MT (or at the time you select from your social schedule dashboard). The posts are randomized ensuring you won't receive the same post twice.
Can I choose my daily posts?
To save you time, ensure daily posts and make the service automated it is not possible to choose individual posts. You can, however, tailor the types of posts you want. For example, you can choose to only have scripture posts. We also have an algorithm to optimize your posts to match the season and day of the week. Any post can be removed by you with the click of a button.
What Bible version are scripture posts?
Our scripture posts use the New International Version for all scripture references.
Does Outreach Social work for Group pages?
No, Outreach Social only posts to Business pages, not group or personal pages. If your church has a group page, though it's pretty easy to set up a business page and link your group page to it. Business pages are public so it's easier for your community to find you and you can continue to use your Group page for more private discussion.
I'm not an admin on my church's Facebook page. How do I become one?
You will need to be an admin on your church's Facebook page in order to connect your account and start getting daily posts. You will need to request to be an admin from someone who already is an admin. To make someone an admin: 1. On your Church's Facebook page, in business manager, click Settings in righthand corner 2. Click Page Roles 3. Type a name or email in the Assign a New Page Role box. You'll need to be Facebook friends with whoever you are adding. 4. Assign Admin page
When will I see my first Outreach Social post?
After you connect your Facebook page and Twitter Profile to your Outreach Social account, you'll receive your first post within 10 minutes. Keep in mind, our daily posts are posted every day between 9am and 10am MT (if you do not select your own time for the post to go 'live').

You can change which categories you receive with your Outreach Social subscription in your Outreach Social Subscription. Log into your Outreach Social account by going to digital.outreach.com Click Manage under the Social Schedule you'd like to edit categories.
